Alan Neil, of Ottawa CBC Radio’s All In A Day, interviewed Natasha Jovanovic, Ecology Ottawa’s Living City Program Manager, today to get a response to listener’s questions about trees.
Two main topics were addressed: planting and replanting trees to mitigate greenhouse gas emission and The New Civic Development at Carling and Preston that is slated to knock down 524 trees officially but, in actuality, more like 650. Also discussed was the need to have all developments increase their tree cover.
