“In our current climate crisis, the clearing of forests for development is unacceptable. Doubly so when a perfectly good untreed site is available. Build over buildings, not over trees. The decision by City Hall to build over parkland is shameful. Just shameful. I am also shocked by how short-sighted were those on the hospital board who supported this forest removal. It will take 100 yrs for those trees to grow back. Shameful, just shameful.”
