2022-03-19 Reimagine Ottawa Rally: Saturday March 19th at 1pm Preston and Carling

The “Protect Ottawa Greenspace” Rally on Saturday, March 19th, will be a multi-generational event with music, the highlight of an upcoming play and speakers.

While we’ve been working to protect the Farm and Queen Juliana Park, these are just a few of the greenspaces in the National Capital Region that are under threat of development. Mer Blue Bog, Fisher Forest, Hunt Club Forest are all greenspaces that are under threat. We are reaching out to civil society, youth groups, environmental groups, parents groups, veterans groups, and more to build a coalition to show politicians that citizens want action to protect greenspace to mitigate climate change.
