Reimagine Ottawa supporters,
Please find below an excellent follow-up message on the ‘Noons For Now’ Carleton University virtual presentation on 26 January about the planned expansion of the Ottawa (Mega) Civic Hospital into the Central Experimental Farm. Access  links to current and state-of-the-art thinking about why a mega-hospital is not a solution for urban Ottawa and rural and suburban wards, climate-smart healthcare and fixing a system that is broken. Insightful alternatives were discussed that could provide easier and more efficient access to healthcare for Ottawa residents. In sum, all to ensure that the choices we make in health-care are financially sound, forward-thinking and climate smart. The Noons for Now session offered several questions to help in the participation process.
